Hi! I’m Crystal, a licensed Professional Counselor Associate, focusing on maternal mental health. I'm passionate about supporting mothers on their journey through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Motherhood is life-changing, but it’s not the picture-perfect experience we expect. Many mothers face challenges like:

• Perinatal or postpartum depression
• Anxiety and constant worry
• Trauma from birth or past experiences

You don’t have to carry these struggles alone. My practice is dedicated to helping mothers:
• Process their emotions in a safe, nonjudgmental space
• Develop tools to manage anxiety and overwhelm
• Heal from trauma and build confidence in motherhood

Using holistic and evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and online sand tray therapy, I help mothers feel supported, understood, and empowered on their unique motherhood journey.

I am a Certified Counselor (NCC) by NBCC and am EMDR trained with advanced training in Group EMDR, Recent Event EMDR, Suicide Bereavement Specialist, Complex Trauma, Sexual Abuse, FLASH, as well as an integrated approach of Internal Family Systems (IFS) with EMDR.
