Hi! I’m Crystal, a licensed Professional Counselor Associate, focusing on maternal mental health. I'm passionate about supporting mothers on their journey through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Motherhood is life-changing, but it’s not the picture-perfect experience we expect. Many mothers face challenges like:
• Perinatal or postpartum depression
• Anxiety and constant worry
• Trauma from birth or past experiences
You don’t have to carry these struggles alone. My practice is dedicated to helping mothers:
• Process their emotions in a safe, nonjudgmental space
• Develop tools to manage anxiety and overwhelm
• Heal from trauma and build confidence in motherhood
Using holistic and evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and online sand tray therapy, I help mothers feel supported, understood, and empowered on their unique motherhood journey.

I am deeply dedicated to providing the individualized attention necessary for each of my clients to build a more fulfilling life. I prioritize my client’s unique perspective and desires when collaborating on a treatment plan. This is achieved by providing a confidential place in which clients are met with authenticity, kindness, respect, acceptance, and a bit of humor. Life can be crazy and heavy at times; sometimes we just have to laugh.
I see incredible strength in my clients who are willing to step out of their comfort zone in pursuit of a more fulfilling life. With this in mind, I am always researching, reading, or attending trainings in order to provide the best service possible to meet my client’s needs. I utilize various empirically supported treatment interventions to support my client’s individualized treatment plan. I truly believe that everyone is able to create a life they are proud of.
