Hi! I’m Crystal, a licensed Professional Counselor Associate (supervised by Johanna Montenegro, LPC-S) focusing on maternal mental health. I'm passionate about supporting mothers on their journey through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Motherhood is life-changing, but it’s not the picture-perfect experience we expect. Many mothers face challenges like:
• Perinatal or postpartum depression
• Anxiety and constant worry
• Trauma from birth or past experiences
